In just 5 hours, you will be able to enter the majestic skies that the area of the Cajón del Maipo. As we move away from the lights and noises of the city, we will be able to marvel at one of the most privileged areas for astronomy.
The meeting point is at our premises located in the town of El Manzano or in Santiago, if you prefer. We will begin our tour towards the Cajón del Maipo, along the way you will be able to immerse yourself in the natural beauty that the Andes mountain range offers and begin to warm up engines for our sidereal journey.
Our destination is the astronomical center of the Melocotón sector, here experts in astronomy will give us an instructive talk, which will take us into astronomical space and then embark on our adventure towards the astronomical observation center of the Melocotón sector, where we will have at our disposal a large 2-meter telescope as well as binoculars and laser pointers that, accompanied by the story of our guides, will be the perfect combination to make our trip unforgettable.
Located at 1200 m.a.s.l. The Melocotón offers us a perfect height that will allow us to enjoy seeing how the earth meets the sky and it seems that we can touch the stars, constellations and planets that reside in our milky way.
Already recharged with cosmic energy, we can start our return to the Cajón del Maipo, at approximately 00:00 hrs. This nocturnal, outdoor adventure will be impossible to forget and will remain with you forever.

We will pick you up from your hotel before traveling to Cajón del Maipo, in the Andes Mountains.
Located in a privileged natural setting for observing the night sky, surrounded by mountains and far from any sources of light pollution, you can enjoy an interactive and educational astronomical observation experience using several types of telescope.
Once we have arrived in Melocotón, more than 1,200 meters above sea level, we will get ready to start this incredible tour with an introductory talk on astronomy. We will then move to the telescope, which we will use to view the marvelous stars and constellations visible from the Southern Hemisphere. The tour will last for approximately two hours, after which we will return to your hotel
