We will pick you up from your hotel and travel to Cajón del Maipo, located around 50 miles away from Santiago. On the way, we will stop briefly in San José de Maipo village.
Our next stop will be Colina Hot Springs, located a few miles from the border with Argentina at 2,500 meters above sea level, where you will have the chance to bathe in open-air hot springs while taking in the beautiful mountain views. There are 9 pools with water temperatures that vary between 25°C and 55°C.
The hot springs are perfectly integrated into this wonderful mountain environment, where you can appreciate the majesty of the Andes Mountains. The waters of Colina Hot Springs are rich in volcanic minerals, and you can cover your body in mineral-rich mud originating from the San José Volcano that has a series of healing properties, such as alleviating joint pain, healing skin wounds, purifying toxins, and even improving conditions such as depression and stress.
Later, the guide will provide appropriate gear for the next activity, a mountain bike descent, after giving a comprehensive safety talk. When we set off, you will feel the breeze on your face and the adrenaline rushing through your veins as we descend. Once the mountain bike descent has been completed, we will finish our experience with a couple of cold craft beers.
Before returning to your hotel, you will also have the option of stopping at a local restaurant to try some traditional Chilean food.
After this time to relax, we will return to Santiago, arriving back at your hotel at around 7pm.
